Target Information
KDR (FLK1, VEGFR2)는 제3형 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 혈관내피성장인자(VEGF)에 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. 발생 초기 내피세포 전구체에서 발현되며, FLK1은 VEGF 수용체 중 하나를 암호화합니다. 이 수용체는 Rab GTPase, P2Y purine nucleotide receptor, integrin alphaVbeta3, T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase 등 다양한 인자에 의해 신호전달 및 이동이 조절됩니다. FLK1(VEGF Receptor 2)의 돌연변이는 유아 모세혈관 혈관종과 관련이 있습니다.
