Target Information
MRP(Multidrug Resistance-associated Protein) 계열은 구조적으로 다양한 지용성 음이온을 수송할 수 있는 9개의 유사한 ABC 수송체로 구성되어 있으며, 화학적 배출 펌프로 작용합니다.
MRP7(ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 10)은 ABC 수송체 계열의 다중 막 통과 단백질로, ATP 의존적 17β-estradiol-D-17-β-glucuronide(E217βG) 수송에 관여합니다. 또한 지용성 음이온 배출을 통해 세포 해독 과정에도 관련되어 있습니다.
MRP7은 두 개의 ABC transmembrane type 1 도메인과 두 개의 ABC transporter 도메인을 포함하며, 세 가지 isoform을 가집니다. Isoform 2가 가장 널리 발현되고, isoform 1은 주로 비장에서 발현됩니다.
