Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RTRAF (C14orf166) is an RNA-binding protein involved in modulation of mRNA transcription by RNA Polymerase II (PubMed:16950395).
It is a component of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex and is required for tRNA ligation (PubMed:24870230).
RTRAF may also be required for RNA transport (PubMed:24608264).
