Target Information

PTDSS1는 인지질 교환 반응을 촉매하여 phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) 또는 phosphatidylcholine (PC)의 극성 머리 부분을 L-serine으로 대체합니다. 세포막 내에서 주로 phosphatidylcholine을 phosphatidylserine으로 전환하며, 시험관 내에서는 phosphatidylethanolamine도 일부 전환합니다.
