Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MLH1 is a DNA mismatch repair protein essential for maintaining genetic stability. Defects in mismatch repair pathways can lead to microsatellite instability (MSI) and are associated with various cancers, including hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer (HNPCC).
MSH2 recognizes mismatched nucleotides and forms a complex with MLH1 and PMSH to facilitate subsequent repair steps.
