Target Information
SNX12 유전자는 sorting nexin family에 속하며, 이들은 phosphoinositide 결합 도메인인 PX domain을 포함하고 세포 내 trafficking에 관여합니다. SNX12는 다른 family member와 달리 coiled coil 영역을 포함하지 않으며, mouse에서 neurite outgrowth 조절에 관련될 수 있습니다. Alternative splicing으로 여러 전사체 변형이 존재합니다.
