Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CSRNP family of nuclear proteins that share conserved regions, including cysteine- and serine-rich regions, a basic domain, and a transcriptional activation domain. These proteins bind the sequence AGAGTG and act as transcription factors. Studies in mice suggest potential redundant functions among family members. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified for this gene.
