Target Information
EIF2A (Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2A)는 알파, 베타, 감마의 세 개 소단위로 구성된 이형삼합체 단백질입니다. 이 인자(EIF2A)는 개시 메싸이오닐-tRNA를 40S 리보솜에 결합시켜 43S 개시 복합체를 형성하는 데 관여합니다. 스트레스 반응 시 활성화되는 단백질 키나아제에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 인산화된 EIF2A는 EIF2B 활성을 억제하여 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환을 방해합니다.
