Target Information
ST3GAL2는 CMP-sialic acid로부터 galactose 함유 기질로 시알산을 전달하는 type II 막 단백질입니다. 주로 골지체(Golgi)에 존재하지만 단백질 분해 과정을 통해 가용성 형태로 전환될 수 있습니다. 이 단백질은 glycosyltransferase family 29에 속하며, sialyltransferase 4A와 동일한 수용체 기질을 사용할 수 있습니다.
