Target Information
P504S/AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)는 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화 과정에서 필수적인 효소입니다. P504S 단백질은 전립선 선암(prostatic adenocarcinoma)에서 높은 발현을 보이며, 정상 전립선 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 또한 고등급 전립선 상피내종양(PIN) 및 비정형 샘종성 과형성(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia)과 같은 전암성 병변에서도 발현이 관찰됩니다.
