Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ROBO4 acts as a receptor for Slit proteins (notably SLIT2) and is implicated in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. It mediates inhibition of endothelial cell migration and contributes to endothelial barrier organization and function (PubMed:30455415). [UniProt]
