Target Information
IRAK3 (Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3) is a serine/threonine kinase and a member of the IRAK family, essential for Toll/IL-R immune signaling pathways. It is primarily expressed in monocytes and macrophages and acts as a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor signaling. IRAK3 plays a role in innate immunity and is associated with susceptibility to asthma and immunocompromised states during sepsis.
