Target Information
LRRC25는 DDX58/RIG-I를 자가포식 분해로 유도하여 RLR 매개 type I 인터페론 신호 전달 경로를 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
ISG15 결합 DDX58과 상호작용하여 DDX58과 자가포식 수용체 p62/SQSTM1 간의 결합을 촉진함으로써 선택적 자가포식을 통한 DDX58 분해를 매개합니다 (PubMed:29288164).
또한 p65/RELA의 분해를 촉진하여 NF-kappa-B 신호전달 및 염증 반응 억제에도 관여합니다.
