Target Information
SLAMF7에는 하나의 Ig-like C2-type domain이 포함되어 있으며, Isoform 1은 SAP-independent ERK-mediated pathway를 통해 NK 세포 활성화를 매개합니다. 또한 림프구 부착에 관여할 수 있습니다. Isoform 3은 활성화를 매개하지 않으며, Fyn 존재 하에서 SAP가 Isoform 1의 인산화된 세포질 꼬리에 결합할 수 있습니다.
SLAMF7은 비장, 림프절, 말초 혈액 백혈구, 골수, 소장, 위, 충수, 폐, 기관 등에서 발현되며, NK 세포, 활성화된 B 세포, NK 세포주에서 검출됩니다. Isoform 3은 Isoform 1보다 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 세 가지 명명된 isoform이 존재합니다.
