Target Information

DYKDDDDK tag, also known as FLAG tag, is a short peptide sequence commonly used for protein purification, detection, and localization.
It consists of eight amino acids: Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys.
This tag can be fused to the N- or C-terminus of a protein, enabling easy identification and isolation using anti-FLAG antibodies.
The FLAG tag is widely utilized in molecular biology and biochemistry research, including:
