TREX-2 복합체(ENY2, GANP, PCID2, DSS1, CETN2/CETN3로 구성)의 구성 요소로, mRNP의 핵공 복합체 부착 및 mRNA 수출에 관여합니다. 또한 BRCA2 안정화에 관여하여 R-loop 관련 DNA 손상 및 전사 관련 유전체 불안정성을 조절합니다.
