Target Information
IL17RD는 fibroblast growth factor(FGF)에 의해 매개되는 Ras-MAPK 신호 및 ERK 활성화를 억제하는 피드백 인자입니다.
FGF에 의해 유도된 FGFR1 티로신 인산화를 억제할 수 있으며, 활성화된 ERK의 핵 내 이동을 차단하여 세포질 내 인산화는 유지합니다.
또한 JNK 활성화를 매개하며, 세포자멸사(apoptosis)에 관여할 수 있습니다. GnRH 분비 뉴런의 운명 결정 초기 단계에서도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
