Target Information
The NFAM1 protein is a type I membrane receptor that activates cytokine gene promoters such as IL-13 and TNF-alpha. It contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) and is involved in B-cell signaling and development. Also known as CNAIP.
