For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Tryptase gamma (TPSG1), also known as serine protease 31 or transmembrane tryptase, is an enzyme encoded by the TPSG1 gene in humans.
Tryptases belong to the peptidase family S1 and are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, resistant to endogenous proteinase inhibitors.
Multiple tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3, including alpha I, beta I, beta II, and gamma I, with several allelic variants.
Beta tryptases are mainly expressed in mast cells, while alpha tryptases predominate in basophils.
TPSG1 differs from other family members by possessing a C-terminal hydrophobic domain that may serve as a membrane anchor.
Tryptases are implicated as mediators in asthma and other allergic or inflammatory disorders.
