Target Information
WEE1은 서열 분석에 의해 Ser/Thr kinase로 분류되며, 여러 CDK를 티로신 인산화에 의해 불활성화시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Wee1 단백질은 CDC2/cyclin B kinase의 억제성 티로신 인산화를 촉매하며, 세포핵을 세포질에서 활성화된 CDC2 kinase로부터 보호함으로써 DNA 복제와 유사분열 사이의 전이를 조절합니다.
