Target Information
CD27은 TNF 수용체 초가족(TNF receptor superfamily)에 속하는 50 kDa 단백질로, CD40 및 CD30과 함께 세포 증식 및 사멸 조절에 관여합니다.
CD27과 그 리간드 CD70은 주로 림프구에서 발현되며, 항원 수용체 결합에 따라 발현 수준이 조절됩니다.
CD27은 성숙한 흉선세포, 말초혈액 T 세포, 일부 B 세포에서 이황화 결합된 호모다이머 형태로 존재합니다.
T 세포 활성화 시 CD27의 발현이 증가하며, 혈장, 소변, 척수액에서 용해성 형태(sCD27, 28–32 kDa)가 검출됩니다.
sCD27은 급성 및 만성 B 세포 종양의 중요한 예후 지표로 알려져 있습니다.
CD27 결함은 Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 및 Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome과 연관되어 있습니다.
