이 항체는 KLH에 결합된 FITC로 과면역된 토끼의 혈청에서 정제되었습니다. 항체는 항원 특이적 매트릭스를 통해 정제되었으며, FITC에는 반응하지만 운반 단백질(carrier protein)에는 반응하지 않습니다.
ELISA, 조직 및 세포 염색, 면역침강, Western blotting 등 다양한 면역분석에서 2차 항체로 유용하게 사용됩니다.
단백질 농도는 E (1%) = 14 (280 nm) 기준으로 측정되었습니다.
Target Information
FITC(fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 노란빛-녹색 형광을 방출하는 형광 염료입니다. 자극광이 제거되면 형광 방출은 즉시 중단됩니다.
FITC는 항체 표지에 널리 사용되며, 단백질의 생물학적 활성을 손상시키지 않고 쉽게 결합할 수 있습니다.
Anti-FITC 항체는 FITC 표지 세포의 분리(예: magnetic microbeads sorting) 및 비특이적 신호 제거에 활용됩니다.
