Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies, cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro.

Usage Note:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the conjugate solution and use only the supernatant to reduce nonspecific background. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins and enable multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies also enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity purification, fragmentation, label conjugation).
