Target Information
Alpha Actinin 1은 스펙트린 유전자 초가족에 속하는 세포골격 단백질로, actin 결합 단백질입니다.
비근육 세포에서는 미세섬유 다발 및 부착 접합부에 존재하며 actin을 세포막에 결합시키는 역할을 합니다.
근육 세포에서는 Z-disc 및 dense body에 위치하여 근원섬유 actin 필라멘트를 고정합니다.
이 유전자는 비근육성 세포골격 α-actinin 동형체를 암호화하며, erythroid β-spectrin 유전자와 동일한 위치에 존재합니다.
세 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
