RIOK3 (RIO kinase 3), also known as SUDD, is a 519 amino acid Ser/Thr protein kinase expressed in various tissues. It catalyzes ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins, influencing intracellular signaling.
Two isoforms are expressed due to alternative splicing events.
