Description:
DREG-56 단클론 항체는 인간 CD62L (76 kDa selectin family 구성원)에 반응합니다. CD62L은 호중구, 단핵구, T/B/NK 세포 아형에서 발현되며, CD34, glycam-1, MAdCAM-1 등의 당화된 글리코프로틴과 결합하여 림프구의 염증 부위 내 혈관 내피세포에서의 롤링 및 림프절 HEV로의 호밍을 매개합니다.

Applications Reported: Flow Cytometry
Applications Tested: 정상 인간 말초혈액세포 분석에 사용. 5 µL (0.2 µg)/test 권장.
테스트당 세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정.

주의사항:

• NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합 viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않음.
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용 권장.
• CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer(Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor conjugate 최적 염색에 필수.
  • 항체 칵테일에 5 µL/sample 추가하여 사용.
  • 단일 색상 대조군에서도 동일 조건 적용.

CD62L은 selectin 계열의 접착 수용체로, 74–95 kDa의 당단백질입니다.
L-Selectin은 C-type lectin binding domain, EGF-like domain, SCR 서열, transmembrane 및 cytoplasmic region으로 구성됩니다.
모든 백혈구(기억 T세포 일부 제외)에 발현되며, 림프구, 단핵구, 다형핵세포에 존재합니다.
