Plamotamab (XmAb13676)은 CD20 결합 도메인과 세포독성 T세포 결합 도메인(CD3)을 모두 포함하는 종양 표적 항체입니다. XmAb Bispecific Fc 도메인은 두 항원 결합 도메인의 골격으로 작용하며, 긴 반감기, 안정성 및 제조 용이성을 제공합니다.
CD20은 만성 림프구성 백혈병(CLL)과 비호지킨 림프종(NHL) 등 B세포 종양 세포에서 높게 발현됩니다. Plamotamab의 CD3 결합을 통해 T세포가 활성화되어 CD20 발현 종양 세포를 선택적으로 제거합니다. XmAb Bispecific Fc 도메인의 구조적 안정성과 모듈성은 항종양 활성과 면역 독성의 균형을 조절할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
