Chromodomain Y (CDYL)은 주로 고환에서 발현되는 영장류 특이적 Y 염색체 유전자군으로, 불임과 관련이 있습니다. Y-연관 유전자는 고환 특이적이지만, 이 유전자의 상염색체형은 전신적으로 발현됩니다.
