Target Information
DCPS는 정상적인 mRNA 회전 및 nonsense-mediated mRNA decay 과정에서 mRNA 완전 분해에 필요합니다.
3'→5' exosome에 의해 생성된 10 뉴클레오타이드 이하의 mRNA 조각으로부터 7-methyl guanine cap 구조를 제거하여 m7GMP를 방출합니다.
또한 m7GDP를 m7GMP로 분해할 수 있으나, 25 뉴클레오타이드보다 긴 mRNA에는 작용하지 않습니다.
