Target Information
TMEM30A는 P4-ATPase flippase complex의 보조 구성요소로, ATP 가수분해를 통해 aminophospholipids를 세포막 외층에서 내층으로 이동시키는 역할을 합니다. 이는 인지질의 비대칭 분포 유지, 소포 형성, 지질 신호 분자의 흡수 등에 관여합니다. β 서브유닛은 인지질 기질 결합을 돕고, ATP8A2:TMEM30A 복합체의 적절한 접힘, 조립, ER에서 Golgi로의 이동에 필요합니다. 또한 neurite outgrowth 조절, 인지질 수송(PS, PE), 세포 이동 조절 등에 관여합니다. ATP8A1, ATP8B1, ATP8B2, ATP8B4, ATP10A, ATP10B, ATP10D, ATP11A, ATP11B, ATP11C 등의 α 서브유닛을 ER에서 다른 막으로 수송하는 역할도 합니다.
