Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2), also known as GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase involved in receptor regulation.
It shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, and 95% similarity within the protein kinase catalytic domain.
ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kb and shows a distribution pattern similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases that broadly regulate receptor function.
