Target Information

ABI2는 비수용체 티로신 키나제 ABL1 및 ABL2와 상호작용하여 세포 성장과 변형을 조절하는 역할을 합니다.
ABI2는 lamellipodia 형성을 조절하는 WAVE 복합체의 구성 요소로, Arp2/3 복합체와의 상호작용을 통해 액틴 필라멘트 재조직화를 조절합니다. 또한 ABL1/c-Abl에 의해 매개되는 MENA 인산화를 조절합니다.
