For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ICAM-1 (CD54) is an 85–110 kDa single-chain type I integral membrane glycoprotein with five immunoglobulin superfamily repeats, a transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic domain. It has seven potential N-linked glycosylation sites and shares sequence homology with ICAM-2 and ICAM-3.
ICAM-1 binds integrins CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1) and CD11b/CD18 (Mac-1), serving as a receptor for Rhinovirus. It is expressed on activated endothelial cells, epithelial cells, fibroblasts, chondrocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and neutrophils, with expression increasing during inflammation. Soluble ICAM-1 is detectable in plasma and elevated in inflammatory conditions.
