Target Information
Anti-Bovine 2차 항체는 소 면역글로불린에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체로, 검출·분리·정제 과정에서 유용하게 사용됩니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등의 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합 가능하며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상이 가능합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 타깃 종의 면역글로불린 풀을 이용해 숙주 동물에 면역하여 생산되며, 추가적인 정제 및 변형(예: 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 제조됩니다.
