Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집에 관여하며 fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, vitronectin 등의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD61은 105 kDa 크기의 당단백질로, 세포 표면에서 alpha IIb integrin (CD41) 또는 alpha V integrin (CD51)과 결합하여 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착 및 표면 신호전달에 참여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
