Transcription factor with repressor activity involved in regulating axon-glial interactions at myelin paranodes in oligodendrocytes. Binds to the consensus DNA sequence 5'-(A/T)TTAATGA-3'. In oligodendrocytes, binds to MBP and PLP1 promoter regions.
