TYRO3 (tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TYRO3)는 세포외 기질로부터 세포질로 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, TULP1 또는 GAS6 등의 리간드와 결합합니다. 세포 생존, 이동, 분화 등 다양한 생리적 과정을 조절하며, 리간드 결합 시 이합체화 및 자가 인산화를 통해 하위 신호전달 단백질의 도킹 부위를 제공합니다. 활성화된 TYRO3는 신경 보호, 혈소판 응집, 신호전달, 세포 부착 및 세포골격 재구성 등의 과정에 관여합니다.
