Target Information
RAC 단백질은 ras 패밀리에 속하는 소형 GTPase로, 막 돌기(membrane ruffles), lamellipodia 및 filopodia 형성을 조절하며, 세포골격 actin 구성과 세포 변형에 관여합니다. 활성화된 Rac 및 Cdc42의 직접적 표적은 p21 activated kinases (PAKs)로, 섬유아세포에서 극성화된 세포골격 구조의 형성을 유도할 수 있습니다. RAC1 및 RAC2는 NADPH oxidase의 필수 구성요소로, 자유 라디칼 생성을 담당하는 효소 복합체의 핵심입니다.
