The ProcartaPlex Human Immune Monitoring 384 well Panel, 65plex (lyophilized beads) enables the study of immune function by analyzing 65 protein targets in a single well using Luminex FLEXMAP 3D and INTELLIFLEX instruments.

The 384-well flat bottom plate contains ready-to-use lyophilized Luminex beads for fewer pipetting steps, less time-to-result, and seamless integration into workflows.

About ProcartaPlex 384-Well Assays for the Luminex Platform

ProcartaPlex 384-well immunoassays are based on the principles of a sandwich ELISA, using two highly specific antibodies binding to different epitopes of one protein to quantitate all protein targets simultaneously using Luminex FLEXMAP 3D and INTELLIFLEX instruments.
These assays require as little as 6.3 μL of plasma or serum, or 12.5 μL of cell culture supernatant, and just four hours to obtain analyzed results.

ProcartaPlex assays utilize Luminex xMAP (multianalyte profiling) technology for simultaneous detection and quantitation of up to 80 protein targets from plasma, serum, cell culture supernatants, and other bodily fluids.

The Luminex beads are internally dyed with precise proportions of red and infrared fluorophores to create spectrally unique signatures identifiable by Luminex detection systems.
Similar to a sandwich ELISA, matched antibody pairs identify each protein of interest, and detection is achieved via biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin–R-phycoerythrin (RPE) fluorescence.

The capture antibody in ProcartaPlex assays is conjugated to beads (free-floating) rather than adsorbed to microplate wells, enabling multiplexed detection.
The FLEXMAP 3D instrument uses two lasers—one to identify bead signatures and another to measure RPE fluorescence proportional to protein concentration.
