Target Information
FABP4는 fatty acid binding protein(FABP) 계열에 속하며, 지방산 및 기타 지질의 세포 내 운반에 관여합니다.
FABP4는 adipocyte, macrophage, monocyte-derived dendritic cell, myoepithelial cell 등에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 long-chain fatty acid와 retinoic acid를 핵 내 수용체에 전달하는 역할을 합니다.
