Target Information

TCEA3는 RNA polymerase II 전사 신장 과정에서 템플릿 상의 정지 부위를 통과할 때 효율적인 전사를 위해 필요합니다. DNA의 정지 부위는 일부 RNA polymerase를 포획하여 삼중 복합체를 형성시키며, S-II에 의한 신생 전사체 절단은 새로운 3' 말단에서 신장을 재개할 수 있도록 합니다.
