Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases with diverse physiological roles. Many are implicated in carcinogenesis and may serve as biomarkers for cancer and other diseases.
KLK8 is part of the kallikrein gene cluster on chromosome 19 and may be involved in proteolytic cascades in the skin and act as a biomarker for ovarian cancer.
Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
