Thermo Scientific™ POROS™ CaptureSelect™ ClusterinClear Affinity Resin is specifically designed for efficient clearance of clusterin through affinity capture.

POROS CaptureSelect ClusterinClear Affinity Resin is specifically designed for efficient clearance of clusterin through affinity capture. Clusterin is identified as a notorious host cell protein (HCP) contaminant in the downstream process of biotherapeutics expressed in CHO cells, such as monoclonal antibodies and Fc-fusion constructs. Therefore, implementing a clusterin-specific polishing step in flow-through mode, after the primary capture, can adequately remove this contaminant and its complexes while the recombinant protein is untouched.
