Target Information
Influenza A와 B는 인간에게 유행성 질환을 일으키는 두 가지 주요 인플루엔자 바이러스입니다. 현재 유행 중인 Influenza B 바이러스는 Victoria 및 Yamagata 두 가지 항원적·유전적으로 구별되는 계통으로 나뉩니다.
Influenza virus B는 Orthomyxoviridae 바이러스과에 속하며, 제한된 숙주 범위로 인해 팬데믹 발생은 드뭅니다.
Nucleoprotein은 음성 가닥 바이러스 RNA를 뉴클레이스의 분해로부터 보호하며, RNA를 캡시드화하여 리보뉴클레오프로테인(RNP)을 형성합니다. 이 RNP는 전사 및 복제의 주형으로 작용합니다.
