Target Information
ETS1 (c-Ets-1; v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1 (avian); ETS-1; EWSR2; p54)은 441 아미노산으로 구성된 DNA 결합 ETS 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다.
이 단백질은 N-말단의 pointed domain, 중앙의 전사활성화 도메인, 그리고 보존된 C-말단 ETS 도메인 양쪽에 위치한 두 개의 자가 억제 도메인으로 구성된 다기능 단백질입니다.
ETS1은 PEBP2alphaA, p300/CBP 등과 상호작용하며 Osteopontin, Presenilin-1, Stromelysin, Collagenase의 전사활성을 매개합니다. Ras/MAPK 신호에 의해 활성화되며, 휴지기 T세포에서 발현이 증가합니다.
ETS1의 활성은 AP-1, Sp-1, c-myb, MafB 등 다양한 요인에 의해 조절됩니다. Sp100은 핵 내에서 ETS1을 활성화하며, EAP1/Daxx와 상호작용하여 MMP1 및 BCL2 전사활성을 억제합니다. 또한 STAT6과 상호작용하여 IL-4에 의해 유도되는 Socs-1 발현을 조절하고, GATA3와 상호작용하여 Tax-1 의존적 IL-5 발현을 양성 조절합니다.
