SIGLEC9 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9)은 시알산 의존적 결합을 매개하는 부착 분자로, 두 개의 Ig-like C2형 도메인과 하나의 Ig-like V형 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 α2,3 또는 α2,6 결합된 시알산과 결합하며, 동일 세포 표면의 시알산과의 상호작용에 의해 인식 부위가 마스킹될 수 있습니다.
