Target Information
CCR4는 케모카인 수용체로, 주로 Th2형 보조 T세포에서 발현됩니다. 다른 케모카인 수용체와 달리, CCR4 및 CCR8의 발현은 TCR 및 CD28 자극 후 일시적으로 증가합니다. 활성화된 Th1 세포 또한 CCR4 발현을 증가시키며, thymus- 및 activation-regulated chemokine에 대한 반응성을 보입니다. 케모카인은 약 8~14 kDa 크기의 작은 염기성 단백질로, 다양한 백혈구의 이동을 조절하며, 7-막관통 G 단백질 결합 수용체와 상호작용합니다. 또한 면역계의 발달, 항상성 및 기능 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, 중추신경계 세포 및 혈관 내피세포의 혈관신생 조절에도 관여합니다. 케모카인은 첫 두 개의 보존된 시스테인 잔기의 배열에 따라 CXC 및 CC 두 가지 주요 아군으로 분류됩니다.
