Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene binds to Brutons tyrosine kinase (BTK) and downregulates BTKs kinase activity. In addition, the encoded protein disrupts BTK-mediated calcium mobilization and negatively regulates the activation of nuclear factor-kappa-B-driven transcription.
