Target Information
Napsin 1은 주로 폐에서 발현되는 아스파르트산 프로테아제로, 신장 및 다양한 전이성 암에서도 발견됩니다. 정상 폐 및 신장 조직에서는 surfactant protein B를 처리하지만, 암 발생 시 비정상적으로 조절됩니다. Napsin 1 분석은 여러 암을 식별하고 원발성 종양과 전이성 종양을 구분하는 데 유용합니다. 또한 thyroid transcription factor 분석과 병행 시 암종 유형을 구분하는 특이적 바이오마커로 활용될 수 있습니다. Napsin은 폐포 단백질증 및 신장 세뇨관 내 단백질 대사와도 관련이 있습니다.
