Target Information

HLA-DQA2는 HLA class II alpha chain family에 속하며, class II beta chain과 이합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 내 소포에 위치하며, CLIP 분자를 펩타이드 결합 부위에서 방출하여 MHC class II 분자의 펩타이드 적재 과정에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
Class II 분자는 항원제시세포(B 림프구, 수지상세포, 대식세포)에 발현되어 CD4 T 세포가 인식할 수 있도록 항원 펩타이드를 세포 표면에 제시합니다.

HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 탠덤 질량분석을 통해 신항원(neoantigen)의 식별과 특성 분석을 돕습니다.
